What was said about the RSW machinery room
An inspection report is filed against the space it inspected. Start from the space, and everything that was found and said about it is one page.
Where to look
Configuration → Spaces, then FH-03, the RSW machinery room. Two tabs:
- Details — where it is (deck area, deck, zone), who manages it, what equipment is in it, and Has comments: what was said about the room.
- Documents — the drawings it appears in, and Is visible in inspection report: the reports filed against it. The File cell opens the PDF in the viewer.
The plant in the room, RSW-01, is underlined under Contains equipment. Click it for a popup: it has comments of its own.
What you should see
The inspection report opens in the viewer over the space’s page; its readings table has a Value and a Limit column, and one row is marked LOW. Behind it, the space’s Details tab shows one comment on the room; the popup for RSW-01 shows one on the plant.

Why this is an exercise
“What is the state of the RSW plant” is not a document question. It is a question about a place and a machine, and the workspace answers it from the space: the report, the readings in it, the finding recorded on the room, the finding recorded on the plant — each on the thing it is about, each with who said it and when.

What evaporator pressure did the inspector read?
Configuration → Spaces, search FH-03, open it, Documents tab. Under Is visible in inspection report, the File cell opens the PDF: the readings table gives evaporator pressure 2.1 bar against a limit of 2.4, marked LOW.
Who commented on the space, and about what?
The Details tab, Has comments block: Petra Smit, the bilge well under the RSW condenser is to be cleaned, Open.
What is the comment on the plant about?
Under Contains equipment, click RSW refrigeration plant. Its popup has a Has comments block of its own: compressor no. 2’s oil separator leaks at the gasket.
Which deck is the room on?
The Details tab, at the bottom: Is located in deck area shows the deck area (Fish hold area) and the deck it is on, Tank top.
