Who owes us an answer
The morning question of every document controller: what did we send that has not come back?
Where to look
Communication → Transmittals — one row per transmittal. Read the headings carefully: the column labelled Status is the reviewer’s verdict. Date sent is when it went out. The deadline is not in the overview and not on the transmittal’s page either — it lives on the Transmittals tab of a document the transmittal carries, one row per transmittal, beside Date sent and Reviewer status. From TR-008’s page, Includes documents takes you to such a document in one click.
Two things about this grid catch everybody:
- A transmittal can have any number of recipients and the grid has one cell for them, so it shows the first and a +1 badge for the rest. The badge is the only sign.
- Has signed transmittal, the last column, is often off the right edge of the screen. Autosize the columns, or scroll.
What you should see
Sorted on Status, the two To do rows sit together. Open each by its number, then one of its documents: one transmittal has a deadline in August; today it is September.

Why this is an exercise
Reason and Status are two different facts about a transmittal, and the deadline is a third that lives on another page. Chasing a reviewer means putting the three together — which is one sort and one click, once you know where each one is.
If you are stuck
Each answer, with the screen it is read from. Open one only after you have looked yourself — the point is the looking.
How many transmittals are still To do?
Click the Status header once. The two To do rows sit together at the bottom: TR-008 and TR-009.
Which one is past its deadline?
The deadline is not in the overview. Open a document the transmittal carries — the cooling water system diagram for TR-008 — and its Transmittals tab lists each transmittal with Date sent, Deadline and Reviewer status. TR-008 went out on 1 August with a deadline in August; TR-009 is due at the end of September.
Who else did the overdue transmittal go to?
Open TR-008 by its number; scroll to Has recipients. Two rows: Noordzee Register and Rederij Vlietstra. The overview showed one of them and a +1.
Which transmittal came back with a signed copy?
The last column, off the right edge at normal width: only TR-002 has a file there, TR-2417-002-signed.pdf.
